This Site is owned and operated by Elixir For Cosmetic Trading whose registered office is at 286 2nd district 5th settlement Cairo, Egypt, and registered VAT number is 549-911-537 These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the Services and terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of Products on the Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site and Services and the purchase of any Products on this Site will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Order & Registering
Everyone is allowed one customer account, but you must be 18 or over to do so. By placing an order on our website, you agree to give your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address (this may be the same as your billing address), and contact phone number. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. Once you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may select the type of delivery, and the delivery and/or billing addresses. You can correct errors on your order till you click on ‘confirm order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Pricing Policy
All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products including Vat and delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. You will be charged in Egyptian pounds even if you do not live in Egypt.
Customs
Products delivered to destinations outside Egypt may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities and we advise that you check the import charges applicable to your country before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
-We only accept returns or exchanges if merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. -If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out (we ship within 5 days from receiving your order), you will not be charged any cost. -Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt or online order date for a refund. -You will be responsible for the return shipping fees which will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise.
Refund & Cancelation Policy
We will process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us. Where the products have not been delivered to you, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the order.
